When Gardes previous key management system started to become outdated, they began to look for a new system that could match the security standard required for their line of work. They quickly discovered Creone and looked no further, as the price-performance ratio was appropriate and they also realized the benefits and possibilities that come with storing keys in a key vault with electronic monitoring, which their previous system lacked.
Today, Garde can monitor the vault and track who took out which key at what time through their intelligent key vault system. This means an easier handling and an increased level of security. At the same time, they have reduced internal costs and can prevent keys from going missing.
“The number of keys that we administrate has increased over the five past years, therefore the intelligent key monitoring system, as well as the enclosed Event log where we can find out who retrieved which key at what time, has become vital for us, as not everyone should have access to every key in our vault. Garde have chosen to use KeyBox SC (KeyControl series) with KeyWin6, and during 2022 they upgraded to an IoT and cloud solution for an even more flexible system.
