Single Sign-On (SSO) enables centralized user access control, eliminating the need to manage multiple logins for different applications. Instead of requiring separate usernames and passwords for each system, SSO allows users to authenticate once, enhancing both security and efficiency across all hotel applications. Additionally, since SSO supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Two-Step Verification (2SV), user accounts gain an extra layer of protection.
